Cát Bà ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through catba.io, how we use it, and your rights over it. We keep what we collect to a minimum.

Information you give us. When you register your interest through our form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, country of residence, and, optionally, the amount you're considering. We collect this only because you choose to give it to us.

Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit catba.io, which countries they come from, and how they use the site, so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes some data (such as your approximate location and device information) on our behalf. We ask for your consent before these cookies are set, and you can accept, decline, or change your choice at any time through the cookie banner on our site or your browser settings. Google processes this data in line with its own privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use the details you give us to contact you about Cát Bà and copy trading—to answer your enquiry, tell you when we're live, and keep you informed about the service. We use analytics data only to understand and improve how the site is used. We do not use your information for anything else.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not run advertising on this site. We do not share your details except as described below.

Who we share it with

We only share your information where necessary to run the service: with the tools we use to operate the site and manage our contacts (such as our website provider and our email platform), who process data on our behalf; or where we are required to by law. When you decide to open an account, you deal with the broker (Made4Trading) directly and provide your details to them under their own privacy policy—we do not pass your registration details to them without you choosing to proceed.

How long we keep it

We keep the details you give us for as long as you're interested in Cát Bà, or until you ask us to delete them. If you ask us to remove you, we will.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you give us. No online service can be completely secure, but we treat your details carefully and limit who can access them.

Children

Cát Bà is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
