- 01No. Once you're copying Tom, trades happen automatically. But you should understand what leveraged trading is and accept the risk that comes with it.
- 02The minimum to open and copy is $100, though most of our clients begin with considerably more. What matters is choosing an amount that's right for you, you can always add to it as you go.
- 03You pay nothing to Cát Bà, and Tom charges no performance fee—unlike most copy trading services, which take 30% to 50% of your profits. Your only cost is the spread on each trade.
- 04Yes. This is high-risk leveraged trading, and there will be losing days, weeks and months. Only allocate money you can afford to lose.
- 05Yes. You can pause or stop copying at any time, and your funds stay in your own account throughout. Nothing is locked in.
- 06If Tom isn't trading, nothing is copied, your account simply sits idle until he trades again or you withdraw. You're never locked into anything.
- 07Yes. You can top up your account at any time, and your copying scales accordingly.

- 10The broker pays us a share of the spread when you trade. That's it. You pay Cát Bà nothing, and it costs you no more than if you'd gone to the broker directly. We're paid by the broker for the introduction, not by you.
- 11Yes. Made4Trading is a regulated broker in Mauritius, and the copy trading engine is built by Pelican, an Appointed Representative of an FCA-regulated firm in the UK. Cát Bà is an introducer—we connect you to the broker and the copy trading, and we don't hold your money or place your trades.
- 12You can reach us directly at any time. You're not left alone with a trading account and a help page—if something's unclear, email us and we'll answer your questions.
